Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Forem located in Muscat. The Forem will be responsible for supervising maintaince work, scheduling and overseeing emergency, annual and preventive maintaince requirements for the company's real estate assets. Other duties may include handling customer complaints, training new plumbers, monitoring inventory, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in general building maintaince, facility management, plumbing and pipefitting, with experience in a supervisory role preferred.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings and knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Experience with a variety of plumbing systems and materials.
Ability to use a wide range of tools and equipment.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Spoken and written English
