Roles & Responsibilities
· Job Planning, Quality che & minimization of rejections.
· Collaboration & Coordination between Sales team & Production team.
· Managing a team of 40+ members, at least for 2-3 years.
· Hands on Experience in Graphics, Pre-press (CTP, Dummy Making), Post Press (UV, Binding, Foiling, Die cutting), Printing- Offset & Screen.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Required with 2-3 years of experience in U Market.
· Proficient in Excel & 2-3 years supervisory experience.
· Strong communication skills.
