Proofed experience or certification in dealing with learning difficulties and behavior modification.
Deep subject knowledge and understanding.
Behavior modification experience is a plus
Affective behavior management experience
Attending meetings and parent's evenings.
Liaising with senior leadership, parents, and external bodies in relation to progress, behavior, child protection and health.
Setting appropriate but challenging homework.
Having high expectations of pupils.
Empathy, Organization, Enthusiasm. Patience
Must accompany the child to the school and to home
Support the child in his assignments, etc.
