-Planning delivery timetables.
-Ensuring stores have enough stock and making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand.
-Overseeing the ordering and packaging process.
-Monitoring stock levels.
-Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
-Overseeing arrival of shipments.
-Monitor and motivate staff.
-Ensure targets are met.
-Ability to use spreadsheets, databases and other IT programs.
-Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly.
-Maintaining inventory a inventory tracking.
-Create the company’s supply chain strategy and records and ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
-Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
-Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
-Resolve issues that come up (e.g., delays in delivery, accidents).
-Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Logistics, Purchase and Warehouse Department) to create coordinated plans for business growth.
-Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
-Understanding and knowledge of the Supply Chain Management cycle which includes demand, acquisition, logistics, disposal and supplier relationship management.
-Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g., use of trucks, forklifts).
-Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is prepared.
-Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and project management skills
-A strategic and analytic mind
-Should have knowledge of production and sales procedures.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Good in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
-Strong and High skills in Communication
-Profession in English and preferred Arabic speaking (Verbal and written)
-Relationship management skills
-High knowledge in implementing methods and procedures.
-Available in UAE for interview
