Study, Research, Design & Develop various styles of Security and fireproof safes and cabinets for manufacturing, according to knowledge of design trends, offerings of competition, with a focus on function, safety, durability, aesthetic, and cost.
Providing detailed responses for product and technical requests
Building proof-of-concept models and prototypes sample models
Source the required locks, accessories and hardware’s required for the development of the product.
Good Knowledge of Auto Cad & SOLID Works for generating Sample designs and detailed final product designs
Prepares itemized production requirements to produce item.
Modify & improve existing product range of fire safes to conform to the changes in design trends and to increase customer acceptance.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of design engineering experience, with expertise in Fireproof safes specifically
Experience in selecting the security systems.
Broad range of knowledge about common Sheet metal manufacturing and production works – cutting, bending, forming, welding, powder coating, assembly
Ability to produce quality work on-time and according to schedule / deadlines.
Proficient in English - written and verbal communication skills
