Job Description

Receive Project factory dairy and juice from companies executing the project (Tetra Pak. SIG Combi Block) after Make the necessary adjustments to the project in the processing lines and packaging lines.
Receipt of the following modules and conduct the necessary tests to start production (Juice Factory, UHT milk Factory, Ghee Factory
Milk receiving Unit . Milk pasteurization Unit, mixing and processing Units for juices and milk. Filling machines SIG Combi Block Line. All lines and tanks for processing.
Execution the sterility test with T Tetra Pak. SIG Combi Block Company, and validation run equipment's, and commercials run. Set up all C.C.P, G.M.P, and S.O.P. for all around the factory.
Good ability to adjustment and development in the production lines to fit the best for the process of productivity commensurate with 15 years' experience in the field of dairy and juice inside and outside Egypt.
 Set up the BOM and work out with the costing for implement the best price per products.
 Preparing the startup products recipes, and putting a development 3 years plan.
 Manage the processing of Raw and the manufacture and packing of product in high volume automated processing.
 Good coordination with departments to help to ensure the continued high level of the production process (Planning - Marketing - Sales - Export - Quality - external and internal procurement - stores (raw materials - packaging - Final product) - Maintenance - Transportation.
 Management production lines and processing, according to the international standard, review facilities and equipment efficiency throw OEE, calibration record and follow up Preventive & Autonomous Maintenance Programs, CIP and processing validation.
 Submit on daily and monthly basis reports to Management regarding production amounts, and variance (if any) forecasted production amount with explanation way to confirm the same quality standards for all the finish goods.
 Increase the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in the plant from62% to 90%
 Decrease the losses from 2.7% to 0.5%
 Receiving daily balance for the stores (raw materials - packing materials - Final product) to be able to manage the production Plan, and a high standard by the requirements of the market
Prepare Production Plan (Weekly, Monthly) for UHT Milk(Fresh, Recombined flavored Milk (Strawberry, Banana, Chocolate Milk) Juice and Ghee
 Preparation of job descriptions and responsibilities for the management of production (Section Head - Production Supervisor - Production Engineer - Production Technician - production laborer
 Constant follow-up with quality management to achieve the highest level of hygiene, safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Setup the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) & spot reports as monitor and control techniques, this to insure that the SOPs are implemented in a restrict.
 Production management and follow-up for each of the production efficiency for UHT milk factory. Juices factory (Nectar & Drink) - Butter, natural Ghee factory, fermented dairy Factory (yogurt - Yogurt drink - Raib)
 Achieve high level of employee productivity by motivating and leading staff and ensuring effective recruitment, development, training at all levels and to maintain good employee relation
 Decrease the losses in Raw material from 3.5% to 1.00%
 Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of the plant’s performance i.e. milk yield, juice yield. Manpower utilization, waste and machine efficiency
 Control and direct manufacturing personnel through lines managers in order to ensure adherence to agreed production targets of efficiency, hygiene, cost and high quality
 Prepare Production Plan (Weekly, Monthly) for UHT Milk(Fresh, Recombined flavored Milk (Strawberry, Banana, Chocolate Milk) Plain set yoghurt & Stirred yoghurt& Drinking yoghurt, Rayeb), Butter, Juice and Ghee
 Submit on daily and monthly basis reports to Management regarding production amounts, and variance (if any) forecasted production amount with explanation way to confirm the same quality standards for all the finish goods
 Work to achieve the highest rates of performance of the process to achieve productivity through next (Plan weekly - monthly plan - the highest for an efficient equipment and machinery - reducing losses in raw materials and Packaging materials as well as the amount of water used
 Create new products which meet the market desire
 Trace and analyze any production problem and implement suitable Solutions followed by updating the SOP’s
