Production Planner
We required self-motivated, energetic and result oriented Production Planner in our corrugated Plant.
Coordinates with materials procurement to ensure accuracy and availability of all materials in support of plans.
Supports the coordination and report preparation for weekly and monthly production planning meetings with production, customer service, materials purchasing and select customers.
Develops and maintains appropriate reports for planning and order management.
Coordinates with primary customer to receive and verify their PO information, writes up and enters POs into company systems as needed.
Monitors status of finished goods inventory to ensure order completion is on time and safety stock levels are maintained.
Develop a strategic production plan to hand off to production schedulers 4 weeks out
Create and maintain an inventory policy for each item in keeping with agreed distribution strategy.
Track and manage inventory levels of Finished Goods and WIP to ensure they stay within planned levels.
Monitor Stock Value at Risk and items outside the inventory window.
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree Holder
Experience : 5+ years
