Mandatory UAE experience with good knowledge in Interior Fit Out and Architectural Products for a minimum of 5-10 years
Review project drawings and specifications of project scope, client goals and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
Experience in coordinating subcontractor, supplier ,labor, material, work schedules and equipment for smooth project execution.
Development of project schedules, procurement schedules, weekly updates and minutes of the meeting..
Should have knowledge in AutoCAD- 2D drawings for BOQ preparation, quotations, new site visits
Project progress monitoring and compliance with financial, operational, and scheduling requirements.
Manage and communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, site supervisors /operatives etc.
Knowledge of local authority requirements like Municipality ,Civil defense etc. and coordination for fit out approva.
Experience in Finishing Site: 4 years (Required)
Experience in Fito : 4 years (Required)
