Project Management Intern
The Project Management Intern will conduct property research in Dubai and will assist in various projects related to DTL’s expansion into Dubai. We are looking for someone who is creative and resourceful in tackling non-routine projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct property research in Dubai and assist in other ad-hoc projects related to DTL’s expansion into Dubai
Identify potential opportunities and provide innovative solutions to tackle problems
Assist in liaison with external parties
Assist in overall project management for various projects and keep track of project statuses
Qualifications
Undergraduates in their penultimate or final year, pursuing a business or real estate related degree
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple active projects while keeping track of the deliverables and timeline
Resourceful and detail-oriented
Good communication skills
