Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management: Manage projects across diverse areas including Sales, Operations, and Finance.
Sales-stage Involvement: Engage from the requirement gathering phase, ensuring alignment with project scope and vendor allocation.
Post-Project Confirmation:
Execute detailed project planning, doentation, and lifecycle management.
Oversee vendor coordination, procurement, and resource allocation, potentially including temporary staff hires.
Coordinate sprints within project lifecycles, ensuring timely task execution.
Client Management: Communicate effectively with clients to prevent scope deviations and ensure project transparency.
Oversee three-tiered testing: intern, client-side, and on-site.
