Project and Design Manager for a hotel construction and refurbishment project in Koh Samui, Thailand.
Requirements :
- Candidate must an Architectu degree and good understanding of interior work, design management and construction management.
- Previous experience especially with hotel refurbishment will be an advantage.
- Candidate must be able to relocate to Koh Samui and must speak and understand, Thai and English fluently.
- Architect with working experience on finishing and interior.
- Good knowledge of latest finishing materials and products used in hospitality industry. To be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

- They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years miimum experience in similar position.
- Strong business aen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
