To be a part of team in carrying out planning activities involving advance planning on projects and to perform related works as assigned. Glass and aluminium industry expereince required.
Review the main construction plan in detail.
Prepare master project schedule and plans during execution stages in compliance with the civil programme.
Prepare detailed forecast and actual output (including charts) for all disciplines
Monitor project progress on weekly basis and advice action to meet the schedule, if delayed
Interface with Project team, other related departments and subcontractors to ensure project and site progress.
Plan and ensure effective supply and utilisation of resources; raw materials, equipment and manpower in co-ordination with concerned departments.
Support the estimation team by providing relevant details required for accurate estimate.
Prepare production result, work in progress and variance report
Monitor and update the jobs in hand work book including the drawings issued for production.
Create a system for controlling and monitoring the incoming, in progress and finished projects.
Prepare cash flow statements for projects.
Monitor all change orders to the contract to ensure that all additions and deletions are incorporated in revisions of the construction method.
Analyse performance objectively and report.

Complete all required documentation and work within the system Procedures.

Any other duties as may be agreed from time to time with the Reporting authority.

Qualifications
Highest level of personal integrity and standing.
Degr in Engineering
Experience
8-10 years previous experience in a similar environment desired
Specific Skills
Hands on experience in master time schedule(including material, equipment, tool and manpower scheduling) for projects
Organised and able to cope with a number of duties simultaneously ability to work to tight dead lines.
Excellent in Prima Vera or M.S.Projects skills
Positive attitude and work ethic
Team working and decision making skills..
Ability to assume responsibility and communicate effectively with others, having strong interpersonal skills and be self motivated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English..
