Job Responsibilities Include
An understating of the UAE real estate market and familiarity with leasehold and freeholds, off plans, ready to move in, commercial real estate, rentals, and occupancy costs.
Experience working with MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM system is a plus.
A people-person who possesses great negotiation skills.
