As a property consultant, you will work closely with clients to help them find the perfect home for their needs. You should be able to create a rapport with clients and have an excellent understanding of the property market. You will also be responsible for keeping records of all your clients' preferences so that you can quickly provide them with the homes they are looking for.
Responsibilities:
Gather information from potential buyers and sellers
Present offers to sellers and find appropriate offers to buyers
Negotiate with both parties in order to reach mutually beneficial terms
Help find a new home for buyers and sellers
Keep records of all transactions and maintain good records of all customer preferences
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Property Consultant
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
