We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced property consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional customer service skills, and passion for real estate.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
Conduct market research to determine property value and competitive pricing.
Host open houses and property tours for potential buyers or renters.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with buyers, sellers, or renters.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals.
Qualifications:
Arabic & English Speaker. (Preferred)
UAE Driving License.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree. (preferred)
Knowledge of local real estate markets, laws, and regulations.
