We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Property Evaluator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of properties in Abu Dhabi, including conducting site visits, inspecting properties, and analyzing relevant doentation.
* Assess market trends, property conditions, and local regulations to determine accurate market values and investment potential.
* Prepare detailed property evaluation reports, including property descriptions, comparative market analysis, and recommended pricing strategies.
* Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and property developers to gather relevant information and ensure accurate property assessments.
* Stay updated with market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes related to property valuation in Abu Dhabi.
* Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding property investment opportunities, market conditions, and potential risks.
* Participate in negotiations and discussions with clients to address their specific property evaluation needs and provide customized solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and referrals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven work experience as a Property Evaluator or similar role in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
* In-depth knowledge of property valuation methodologies, market analysis, and industry standards.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make accurate property assessments.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficient in using property evaluation software and tools.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple property evaluations simultaneously.
* Knowledge of local regulations and legal requirements related to property valuation in Abu Dhabi.
