We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with a legal background.
Responsibilities:
Government Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing of legal doents.
Visa and Immigration Services: Oversee visa and immigration processes, providing assistance to employees and ensuring all doentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Legal Compliance: Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations, and government policies, ensuring the organization's compliance.
Doent Verification: Handle the verification and attestation of legal doents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and legally compliant.
License Renewals: Manage the timely renewal of company licenses and permits, coordinating with relevant authorities.
Corporate Transactions: Facilitate legal procedures related to business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate activities.
Internal Communication: Communicate changes in regulations or procedures to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on compliance matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in a PRO role
Knowledge of UAE labor laws,
Knowledge of immigration regulations
Knowledge of government procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in legal doentation and procedures.
