•Experience in operating CNC Punching Machines.
•Experience in Prime Power / Finn Power Punching Machine.
•Extensive knowledge of machining and manufacturing operations and processes.
•Awareness about the various Sheet metal and its thickness.
•Ability to use the different Instruments related to material thickness (e.g. Vernier)
•Outstanding ability to understand and utilize a wide variety of CNC controls, machine tools and dies.
•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
•To sort out mechanical problems arising in machines during production stage.
•Experience in Machine breakdown maintenance of all CNC punching machines.
•Ability to carry out day to day machine maintenance.
•ITI / Diploma holders
•Similar Industry and Machine Operating experience. (Minimum 4yrs) (Sheetmetal & Manufacturing)
•Willing to work in Shifts.
•Currently available in UAE for Technical test and other recruitment related formalities.
