We are seeking an organised, energetic, and results-driven Purchase Manager to join our UAE Purchase team. In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of ARKH Brothers trading services and solutions with primary focus on rapid overall business development for a dedicated set of accounts Globally.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Develop, lead and execute purchase strategies
•Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
•Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
•Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements doentation
•Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
•Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
•Assess, manage and mitigate risks
•Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
•Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
•Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Our ideal candidate has a strong history of successful purchase achievements working Globally. Must develop and executes purchase strategies, track metrics, negotiates deals, and manages vendors to ensure efficient procurement of equipment, goods, and services, team player qualities, excels in maintaining client and customer relationships, and has a real passion in purchase management and have decision-making skills.
•Proven working experience as Purchase Manager, Agent or Officer
•Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
•Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
•A knack for negotiation and networking
•Working experience of vendor management software
•Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
•Solid judgement along with decision making skills
•Strong leadership capabilities
•Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and advanced presentation skills required.
•Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
•Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
