•Defining and establishing the overall quality strategy and approaching to determine, investigate, and resolve data quality issues.
• Utilizing profiling, quality tools and various data sources in order to determine causes of quality issues.
• Establishing an on-going process to maintain quality data and defining quality audit processes.
• Improve the quality management processes, systems, and standards.
•Ensure quality control doentation is compiled and competed in a timely matter meeting project deadline.
•Shall review and analyze material acceptance criteria, marking, packing , Inspection release procedure for each project as applicable.
•Provide doentary assurance to client with photos, videos and other details to prove that all process is compliance with standards, prior to shipment.
•Monitor piping and mechanical operations and conduct required inspections work to resolve quality related issues with suppliers, fabricators, subcontractors, and clients.
• Provide Assurance that all Process requirements are identified, planned and implemented within the procedures & processes.
• Maintain Quality Plans & other appropriate quality doents.
• Monitors and ensures calibration of all measuring tools & equipment’s.
• Maintain the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within the organization.
•Inspect / review product material and testing to ensure compliance with standards, specifications and QCM.
•Coordinate with sales team and other departments on all quality issues.
•Follow the management system for all projects
•Communicate with management, staff, and clients the requirements of quality's scope of work and provide appropriate feedback to management regarding matters.
•Identify and control all NCR's while correcting with remedial action.
•Project management skills with expediting and ensure materials are supplied or manufactured in a timely manner, meeting all quality requirements
•It is a mandatory requirement that the candidate shall have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3-years’ experience in the manufacturing process with the same field, prefer with oil & gas company.
•Handling Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Valves, Gaskets, etc
•Familiar with API and ISO standards
•Experience of various testing and procedures
•Should be able to interact with Inspection agencies, Testing Laboratories, Clients Quality and Project management Team to coordinate quality site inspections, and monitor the implementation of the approved QC plan
•Witness of finalize testing doentation and verify that all activities comply with the quality codes and standards.
•Capable to take lead & handle Project Kick Off , Pre Inspection Meeting , Technical review meeting , Expediting meetings , Project Doentation meetings etc.
