QC & QA TECHNICIAN
Basic Function
This position is responsible for the quality and safety of the product and be in line
with SFDA standard preferred to be Saudi National
Principal Accountabilities
1. Not to misuse QC equipment.
2. Check product sample on daily basis of the production and retain few samples for reference.
3. Maintain quality and standard of the products at any given time
4. Reviews and inspections based on sampling, test and quality control panels identifies.
5. Test the competitive samples
6. Continuously monitor and control the food safety system and provide the required repo
for the department daily , weekly and monthly verification
7. Fulfill government regulatory authorities requirement (SFDA)
8. Should be able implement the ISO standard and HACCP
9. Introduce new product
10. Maintain good hygiene and safety of the production
11. Maintain good communication link between other departments and outsiders
12. Safe guard all company's assets.
13. Any other task assigned by the management
Desired Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications, specialization in QC & QA
2. At least 3 years progressively experience in QC & QA.
3. Should possess thorough understanding of the standards
