· Ensures hygiene standards and practices are maintained within catering premises and assigned locations; including kitchens, Dining halls, bakeries, food stores
· Performs induction and continuous training for all staff
· Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Public Health Section repor concerning all functions /activities.
· Initiates and ensures implementation of any corrective actions.
