* Must be detail-oriented and possess strong technical skills
* Recognize and identify any quality control issues, and promptly notify management
* Plans, schedules, coordinates, reviews, and monitors work functions necessary to determine real property acquisition needs of a project.
* Perform quality control check of property listings
* Read, review, and interpret legal property descriptions
* Read, review, and interpret title commitments and title policies
* Checking the quality of the property listings, description, title, location and prices.
* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
* Creatively solve problems, negotiate and handle stressful situations in a positive manner
* Applies knowledge of Company policies to determine next steps in resolving outstanding issues
Qualifications:
* Female Applicant
* Preferably Filipino Nationality
* At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in real estate, finance, or a similar field
* Excellent Interpersonal communication skills.
* Familiarity with technology including email, and computers. You are not afraid to jump in and learn and adopt a new system.
* Must know how to use MS Office, outlook, and MS Excel.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
