IT coordination
• Checking templates, bugs, language, text on the website
• Developing the UX experience of the website.
• Coordinating with the IT department.
• Developing new features and programs on the website.
Quality control and assurance
• Ensuring database is stored in a safe manner.
• Managing and checking design templates, visuals, quality control of text, and language being used on the website.
• Generating new proposals for stimulating sales in the webstore.
Customer Service
• Handling of customer queri regarding the webstore
• Maintaining Home and Garden corporate values while interacting with customers.
• Monitor, analyze and provide feedback to top management by documenting customer requests
Job Specifications for Webstore Quality Control and Support:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Busine in Business
• Experience: 3 years plus of relevant experience in Quality control
• Skills:
MS Office Proficient
Analytical Skills
High level of Accuracy
Account Reconciliation
Reporting Skills
Knowledge of IT operation
• Characteristics:
