Quality system need to be implemented and practiced in day to day workings at all areas of operation.
Maintain a list of all inspecti instruments available in the premises and ensure they are calibrated.
As per inspection plan inspect all incoming Raw Material and outgoing finished goods as per specifications and document it.
In case of non compliance of required standards, inform all concerned and put the material under hold condition till the decision of disposal, use under deviation or reject and send back to PRINTER.
First piece approval on all the processes and machines are to be done to ascertain quality. Maintain the record of process inspection as per plan.
In case of any deviation, the process need to get rectified immediately and re inspect the sample for approval for continuation.
All the master samples duly signed by approving authority with date in duplicate should be made available in the quality department.
The final lot of products is to be inspected for quality approval before dispatch and its report be attached with invoi for customer reference.
Ensure production is being carried out with utmost hygiene and cleanliness.
Any other assigned responsibility entrusted by senior / Management.
Candidate should have experience in Printing Press with minimum 4yrs of experience. ONLY PRINTING PRESS EXPERIENCE CANIDATES APPLY.
