ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To maintain a good and effective quality management system as well as hygiene management throughout the organization and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/22000/50001, BRC-IOP and GMP systems as well as their certification and audits (external and internal).
• To liaise with both internal and external stakeholders in the effective implementation of all the requirements stipulated in the ISO 9001, BRC-IOP and other systems adopted by the organization (i.e. GMP, Occupational Safety, Fire Readiness, etc.)
• To ensure that quality, technical management, hazard and risk management manual, safety manuals, procedures and instruction are updated from time to time to reflect current requirements of the standards and actual practices, including various formats being used and ensure that the same are uploaded in the intranet.
• To plan and conduct internal quality and hygiene audits at regular intervals to ensure effectiveness of QMS, Hygiene and Safety Management.
• To liaise and collaborate with QMS and BRC consultants and any certification bodies in the smooth implementation of various quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Fema candidate; 28-38 years old
• BSc Chemical Engineering, MS Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge in ISO 9001/14001/22000/50001/BRC-IOP,HACCP, OHSAS 180001, Safety Requirements and other TQM systems
• Good oral, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to assist Management in the successful certification and implementation of above standards
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems, safety, audit certification
