Job Description

6JOB DESCRIPTION

•Work as a part of management team to share ideas, improve quality management system process, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities to optimise results and improve quality of product and service, in line with quality standards, company and customer requirements.
•Ensure that processes needed for the organization quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.
•Controlling of preparation, updating, implementation and maintain of quality management system process related doents such as quality manual, policy, procedures, organization flow chart etc.
•Accomplishes quality assurance and control human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, assigning, evaluating, training and disciplining employees.
•Review the customer project specification for understanding to compliance project specific requirements, international codes and standard requirements.
•Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.
•Responsible to ensure the preparation of the applicable project quality doents as per project requirement and ensure that the approval from client / customer quality representative has been obtained prior to implement as applicable.
•Ensure the communication and coordination with TPI agency and / or certification / accreditation body to arrange the audit program to issue new certificate or renew existing certificate for PSI.
•Identify the quality management system improvement opportunities within the organisation and initiate the implementation.
•Lead regular quality meetings with concerned team member from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving the quality management system.
•Ensure the scheduling, planning and preparation of internal and external audits and its implementation.
•Participate risk and opportunities assessment meeting for risk management and taking action to mitigate risks.
•Identify the quality objectives and track quality assurance and control goals.
•Provide guidance to resolve identified project quality issues in line with project specification requirements.
•Review of the subcontractor doents and monitor sub-contractor performance for compliance with project quality requirements.
•Ensure the audit findings and results are doented in appropriate audit reports and the audit reports are distributed, maintained and retained as per company procedure.
•Ensure the control of non conforming products or process and its doentations and communications.
•Analyse product non conformance or process failures, determine root causes, and recommend the corrective and preventive measure, verify the implementation and effectiveness of the preventive action taken to ensure the control of recurrence of the non conformances.
•Attend various meetings and communicate the actions or instructions to concerned persons and provide regular status and reports to management.


Candidate Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10 years relevant experiences.
•Oil and gas field work experience in a quality assurance and control function within manufacturing and pre-commissioning environment and should be combined with a demonstrated track-record in a quality department management capacity.
•Familiar with Saudi Aramco specifications and international codes and standards.
•Experience working in the modular package manufacturing facility would be preferred.
•Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
•Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, at all levels of an organization.
•Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, diagram and other doents.
•Excellent leadership, interpersonal and man- management skills.
•Excellent organisational and follow-up skills and commercially aware.

5TECHNICAL COMPETENCE

•Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS lead auditor from IRCA or similar certification body.
•Experience working in the quality assurance and control function for an organization certified to ISO 9001 or similar standard.
•Familiar to the quality assurance system development and implementation such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.
•In depth understanding of quality control and assurance procedures and relevant legal standards.
•Proficient to the international codes and standards in the oil and gas industry such as ISO, API, ASME, ASNT, AWS, etc.
•Computer skills; MS office, excel, word, outlook, AutoCAD and other company programs.
•In depth understanding of technical doentation and its requirements.
