We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor that has minimum of 5 years of experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Doha, Qatar. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies to estimate material, time, and labour costs, preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating work efforts, preparing final accounts, and conducting cost analysis and cost control to monitor project progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in construction industry
Good knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contracts
Excellent knowledge of measurement and pricing of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works
Good knowledge of local construction markets in Qatar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proof of working authorized in country of employment
