REQUIREMENTS:
•Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate Both Off Plan and Secondary Market
•RERA Certification is an advantage
•Successful sales record
•Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Presentation and Organizational Skills
•Strong Knowledge of Local real estate market trends and legal requirements
•Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
•High Level of Integrity and professionalism
•Driving License will be a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Generate leads, Prospect, and network to identify potential clients.
•Conduct Property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants.
•Provide expert advice on property pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
•Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms and assist in closing real estate transactions
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
•Stay updated with industry news, regulations, best practices related to real estate sales
•Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
•Meet or Exceed sales targets and performance metrics
