Unicorn Real Estate was established in the year 2020 before which it was operated with a different name.
We specialize both in Rentals and Sales which includes Residential (Apartments, Compound Villas, Standalone Villas) and Commercial (Office Space, Labor Camps & Warehouses, Shops & Showrooms) properties.

We are now actively looking for Real Estate agents (Male & Female) to be part of the success story.
Job Description:
· Work timing is from 9 AM to 6 PM, reporting everyday to office is a must.
· Identify the properties that can be rent
· Post ads in premier websites such as Property Finder etc.
· Assist clients with their property inquiry (by phone, via email, face-to-face meetings).
· Log all the information on Lea & Property Owners into company provided database (Excel)
· Manage through the leasing process: communication with client, viewing, negotiation process, explain rent terms and payments, security deposit and other applicable fees to the client
· Provide reports to company management on leads, ongoing inquiries, closed deals.
· Develop the knowledge about properti in the different areas of Qatar.
Requirements:
· Should be available in Qatar and hold a valid Qatar driver’s license (Required)
· Experience in Real Estate is preferred but not must as we are open for people who have a passion for Sales & Marketing and want to move into the field of Real Estate Brokerage.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills.
· Strong communication skills.
· High level of integrity and professionalism.
· Good knowledge of the areas in Qatar-Doha.
· Well versed in English a Arabic
Compensation:
· Experienced Real Estate brokers will be paid up to 50% commissions, for others with no experience in Real Estate, commission starts with 40 %
· No Fixed salary
· You will have the potential to earn anywhere from 8000 QAR to 20,000 QAR each month as commissions.
