About Xsite:
- More than 100 agents
- 2 offices in Dubai, including JVC
- Access to major property portals: Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- In-house digital marketing team
- Leads, CRM, marketing support, and portal access provided
- Visa, RERA, and real estate license support available
Role:
- Handle buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Conduct property viewings and community visits
- List and promote properties professionally
- Negotiate and close rental and sales deals
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Dubai real estate knowledge is an advantage
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with strong company support, portal access, leads, CRM, and marketing support.
