Real Estate Sales Manager







Position Overview:



As a Real Estate Sales Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of the company's real estate division. This role requires strong leadership, business aen, and knowledge of the UAE real estate market. You will collaborate with a team of professionals and work closely with clients, contractors, and government authorities to achieve organizational goals and ensure the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:


1.Strategic Planning:


Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.


Analyse market trends, competition, and economic factors to identify new opportunities and optimize business performance.


Set sales and revenue targets, and develop strategies to meet or exceed them.


2. Team Management:


Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate professionals, including sales agents, property managers, and administrative staff.


Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.


Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and promote professional development.


3. Business Development:


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.


Identify potential business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure new clients.


Monitor market trends and adapt business strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.


4.Financial Management:


Develop and manage the real estate division's budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.


Monitor and analyse financial performance, prepare regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.


5. Compliance and Legal:


Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.


Oversee the preparation and submission of necessary doents, permits, and contracts.


Maintain updated knowledge of industry regulations and best practices to mitigate risks and safeguard the company's reputation.


6 .Property Management:


Supervise property management activities, including lease agreements, maintenance, and tenant relations.


Ensure proper property inspections, rent collection, and handling of tenant complaints or issues.


Monitor property market trends to optimize rental rates and occupancy levels.


Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the UAE market.

In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, regulations, and industry practices.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Demonstrated business aen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Sound financial management skills and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Proficiency in using real estate management software and other relevant tools.
