As a Receptionist in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role will be integral in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Greet Visitors: Welcome guests, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. Direct them appropriately to their destinations within the premises.

Answer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously. Provide accurate information or direct queries to the appropriate personnel.

Manage Reception Area: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Ensure that all necessary supplies, such as stationery, are stocked.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Update calendars and notify staff of any changes or cancellations.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying. Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.

Visitor Registration: Register and issue visitor badges. Ensure compliance with security procedures and monitor visitor access.

Handling Deliveries: Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Coordinate with courier services as required.

Maintain Security: Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of the premises. Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Provide Concierge Services: Offer assistance and guidance to visitors regarding local amenities, transportation, and dining options.

Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, safety, and code of conduct.


Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Familiarity with the local area and cultural norms in Dubai.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
