JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure all company facilities within the area designated for his region are maintained as per maintenance standards and lead the implementation of contracted work within agreed timelines and cost.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Submits preliminary plans of all preventive maintenance annual services schedules and ensuring its implementation after approval of his line manager.
Prepare monthly reports of the status of the facilities under his jurisdiction.
Conducting spot check visits to ensure the functionality of all major equipment in all related facilities under his jurisdiction.
Ensuring that all registered requests and tasks are completed in timely frame manner.
Ensuring effective petty cash utilization if needed.
Review and approve the routine spare parts requested form his team.
Evaluate the spare parts credit shop supplier’s performance according to the given reports to determine the status of the business relationship.
Attend the new facilities handover and snag listing visits within his region.
Prepare and submit the formal scope of works requests using the approved forms and coordinate with purchasing team to allocate the suitable third party technically through the approved channels.
Monitoring the third parties provided services (PM services, external minor projects, etc.) and ensuring they are providing the services according to the sign scope of work.
