Responsibilities:
•Manage Day to Day operations and outstanding customer Skills.
•Responsible for overall distribution process for the SADAD Kiosk.
•High traffic location in the market to place kiosk.
•Prepare and send business proposals for new customers.
•Responsible to achieve the departmental set target within a day.
•Grow the business of the brand in a profitable manner.
•Prepare agreement for the merchants and get it signed and
submit to concerned department for further procedure.
•Responsible for the profitability of Kiosk.
•Develop positive working relationship with merchants to build business.
•Develop in-depth knowledge about business development product, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry
trends.
•Ensure that all channels are compliant with laid down risk standards.
•Collaborate with other departments like IT, Technical, Marketing, Legal and Finance to improve overall process and customer
satisfaction.
•Address merchant related issues, sales conflicts and Commission issues in a timely manner.
•Maintain Daily activity report and report to manager on daily basis.
•Evaluate partner sale performance and recommend improvements.
•Monitor competitor's activity in the market and update the information to the management.
•Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
•Responsible for overall process of kiosk distribution like kiosk delivery, pullout and other replacement tasks.
•Helping team members on their daily activities to reach target
•Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Direct Sales or Business Development for SME.
•Strong exposure in handling customer’s network
•Good to have Bachelor’s degree .
•Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•Experience in project management or sales.
•Must have valid Oman driving license.
•Ready to join immediately
