This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for booking reservations, issuing tickets, and handling customer inquiries related to travel. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail in handling bookings and ticketing.
•General understanding of airline industry principles and standard practices
•Extensive knowledge of ticketing and reservation systems
•Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
•Familiarity with computer reservation systems (CRS), such as Amadeus or Galileo
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Keen attention to detail in handling reservations and customer inquiries
•Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language proficiency is a plus
•At least two years work experience is a must
•Preferably female
