We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for our fine-dining restaurant, according to the below requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE fine-dining restaurant.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and multiple tasks as well as busy banqueting, Buffet & volume operation.
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Prepare end-of-day reports
- Good computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
- Hospitality Educational background
