We are looking for an experienced Restaurant supervisor for our Dubai & Ajman Restaurant Outlet
1. You will be responsible for leading and managing the restaurant.
2. Must be able to achieve sales target
3. You will be saddled with the responsibility of restaurant marketing strategies, hiring restaurant staff, training.
4. Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
5. To maintain and overseeing food quality and customer service
6. To handle food items Purchase on best market rate
7. Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, suppliers and stock levels to improve inventory control procedures
8. Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
9. Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
10. Good customer service skill and serving restaurant guests.
11. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
Ideal applicants must have 2-3 years experience in restaurant industry.
Bachelor Degree in Busine Logistics
Must have UAE driving License
Must be skilled in dealing with people (team)

Smart and presentable
