Welcome and engage customers when entering our store.
Explain products and services to customers.

Proactively educate yourself on current trends and product knowledge.
Provide exceptional customer service and customer follow up.
Maintain merchandise appearance and showroom cleanliness.
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Skills like Up selling & Cross Selling of products.
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
Proficiency in English
Must be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, driven by exceeding our sales performance.
