Main Functions:-
We are looking for a Rope Access Cleaner to work on a variety of projects window cleaning, facade inspections, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with rope access systems, be comfortable working at heights without any fear, and have a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the rope access system, as well as performing the work assigned while adhering to safety standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
•Perform work at heights in a safe and efficient manner
•Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
•Inspect equipment prior to each use
•Select the appropriate type of rope, anchor, and belay device for each job
•Install anchors and tie knots using proper techniques
•Position and secure ladders, scaffolding, and other climbing equipment
•Perform work tasks while suspended from ropes
•Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
•Communicate with co-workers and supervisors to coordinate work activities
•Maintain a clean and orderly work area
•Report any unsafe conditions or equipment problems to a supervisor
•Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
