Must have a minimum 6-8-years Maintenance experience in the Oil & Gas industry of which at least 6 years should be as Rotating equipment Maintenance Technician with hands on maintenance experience. He shall be capable of carrying out all types of maintenance activities without frequent supervision or guidance.
Must be skilled in performing rotating equipment related preventive and corrective maintenance, trouble-shooting, overhauling, precision measurement and recording of critic dimensional values, and coupli alignment, suggesting improvements etc. The person must be able to demonstrate knowledge of safe systems of work, hazard awareness and mitigation.
The person should have high quality hands on experience and skills in carrying out maintenance of all types of rotating equipment as under.
• Centrifugal & Positive Displacement Pumps
• Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors
• Steam Turbines upto 40 MW
• Blowers
• Mechanical Seals
• Gearboxes
• Diesel engines
• Loading Arms
• Ancillaries and accessories
• Air Fin Coolers, FD Fans and ID Fans
• Alignment of Machinery
