Responsibilities:
Operate, set up, and monitor extrusion machinery for both Cold Feed and Hot Feed processes.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues.
Adjust machine settings and parameters to meet product specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and quality output.
Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
Experience:
Operating Rubber Extrusion Machinery: 3 years (Required)
The ideal candidate should have the following skills & experience:
Proven experience as a Rubber Extruder Operator, specifically in Cold Feed and Hot Feed processes.
Proficient in operating and troubleshooting extrusion machinery and associated equipment.
Understanding of rubber properties, materials, and quality control measures.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
