We are looking to recruit a Sal Agents based in Abu Dhabi office.
Its Commission based Job (Attractive Commission! same will be discussed in the Interview)
Responsibilities and duties will include:
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Good speaking skills in English. (Multilingual preferred)
Preferably with DRIVING LICENSE and OWN A CAR
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within the company and build relationships both internally and externally.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Adaptable, flexible, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Candidate
Years of Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree of related field / Higher diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
UAE driving License (Required)
