A company specialized in selling Innovative Constructions Materials (fit-out, Wall Protection, Expansion joints, Flooring Solution etc.) through contractors, consultants, interior designers and specialized applicators – is seeking to appoint a Sales Engineer for the following Roles & Responsibilities but not limited to
Candidate must have UAE driving license.
. SALARY PACKAGE: (AED 4,000 to 5,000 plus commission) + Transportation Allowance + Health Insurance + Strong Incentives Scheme + subject to candidate experience and qualifications, as according to UAE law

REQUIREMENTS & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferably Civil Engineeri or Architecture.
· 2+ years prior work experience in Sales, Business Development, experience on Expansion and Movement Joints, Sealants, Wall Protection, Entrance Matts, Stair Nosing and Carpentry & Fit out.
· Demonstrated results in meeting sales quotas or business development goals.
· Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enqui through closing of the opportunity
· Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
· Lead the development and preparation of Pre-Qualification files, formal presentations, submittal proposal, and contracts.
. Ability to read technical drawings, proficient with following computer applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, AutoCAD and should be versatile in preparing business reports to Management.
· Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain existing customer� relationship within the commercial construction industry.
