Location: Abu Dha

The role will handle the entire Sales of PRO Services for corporate and individual accounts in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other Emirates.


Responsibilities

 Client visits, enquiry generation, preparation of quotes, negotiation and deal closings.  Make the follow-up to clients regularly and update in the portal accordingly
 Schedule sales presentations to demonstrate value of produc and approach and attending meetings with potential customers.
 Attend networking events to seek new business opportunities.
 Draft proposals tailored for each customer’s requirements and share it with customer.
 Liaise, coordinate with Operations and other concerned departments for clients’ inquiry and ensure to convey the same to clients
 Monitor and follow-up the request to Operations on a daily basis, and keep the track and update in Zoho CRM.
 Search for new market, and prepare & develop Sales Channels, maintain database for the prospective clients
 Handle quotation and proposals, email or mail and check that they include correct prices, discounts and product inquiries, contacting customers to resolve any queries with prior review or discussion with the immediate manager
 Check websites from Government and Private institution for new tender and requirements which are under our range.
 Candidate should have an experience in Sales & UAE PRO Work.
 Should have a large network of client database.
 Must have a customer-oriented attitude, meets or exceeds budgeted retention goals for all product lines.
 Must have experience in Marketing, cold calling in sales.
 Should have ability to bring in the new clients and give the services of PRO.
 Should be well versed about the N of Trade Licenses, VISA applicati ZONES like: Free Zone Documentation, Main Land Documentation etc


Requirements & Key Skills:



 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
 Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive particularly providing PRO Services
 Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
 A commitment to excellent customer service.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.  Competency in Microsoft Applications, Zoho CRM
 Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
 Time management and planning skills.
 Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
 Market Research skills.
 Pleasant personality with upbeat attitude.
 Strong Negotiation skills.
