We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, and related consumables across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in laboratory instrument sales and a strong understanding of laboratory applications in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, environmental testing, petrochemicals, academia, and research laboratories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for analytical instruments and laboratory solutions.
Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Promote and sell analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, consumables, and accessories.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender doents.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to secure orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to generate business leads.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales of analytical instruments or laboratory equipment.
Good knowledge of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, FTIR, ICP, AAS, TOC Analyzers, and laboratory consumables.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
