•Direct an aggressive sal program to achieve budgeted sales volume at maximum profit with minimum expense.
•Maintain accounts receivable at an acceptable level through weekly review with corporate divisional credit manager.
•Effectively manage an independent Sales Representative network within assigned territory. Maintain an agent evaluati program to improve the agent in h areas of weakness.
•Regularly identify and evaluate competition as to price levels, service, product range, and quality as applicable to Valmont customers.
•Ensure appropriate follow-up on inquiries utilizing Inside Sales Representatives and Manufacturer’s Agents.
•Develop personal management abilities including product knowledge, organization of time and travel, and the ability to identify and solve problems.
•Effectively handle claims and customer complaints within specified area as per company policy.
•Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field
•5 years of experience in Sales management or the same field.
•Contributed to on-going marketing strategy and analysis, with a goal of continuous improvement
•Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
•Pro-activeness, accountability, and a positive attitude
•Excellent Arabic & English in verbal and written communication skills
