The Sales Manager will be responsible to create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and its local reach. This position will manage a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key customers
Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully either induvial or through effective management of sales team
•Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
•Discover new business prospects through the development and use of your networks
•Design unique sales pitch to demonstrate company business and close new businesses
•Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
•Ensure great satisfaction after-sales and long-term positive partnerships
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrati or a related field
•8 to 10 years of successful previous experience in Sales with minimum of 3 years as sales manager
•In-depth knowledge of the industry and current events
•Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
