Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
A manufacturing company working in plastic industry, specialized in the production and distribution of a wide range of products hiring a sales manager who will be responsible for leading a team of sales in the western area of KSA, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Job Duties:
1. Manage a team of sales and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Build strong customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention.
4. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
5. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
6. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Manage sales budgets and prepare regular reports on sales activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of sales experience, including experience in sales management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
