iCONEX is a dynamic, innovative company specializing in conferences and exhibitions. Seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to prioritize revenue generation from exhibitions, delegates and sponsorships sales. Lead sales efforts, manage teams and achieve ambitious targets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Revenue-Driven Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that consistently outperform targets, with a focus on increasing revenue across exhibitions,
delegate sales, and sponsorships.
•Target Accomplishment: Ensure self and team target accomplishments by ensuring your involvement wherever required.
•Team Leadership: Lead sales teams to consistently surpass objectives, ensuring revenue generation remains at the forefront of all sales efforts.
•Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and clients to secure bookings and partnerships that contribute to revenue maximization.
•Compelling Promotion: Collaborate with marketing department to create persuasive value propositions and promotional materials that enhance revenue potential.
•Audience Engagement: Formulate strategies for diverse delegate attraction, effectively increasing both participation and revenue.
•Industry Networking: Forge associations and partnerships that expand delegate reach and sponsorship opportunities, driving revenue growth.
•High-Value Sponsorships: Tailor sponsorship packages to ensure maximum sponsor value, strategically enhancing revenue streams.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure commitments are fulfilled, client satisfaction is nurtured and revenue goals are met.
•Strategic Representation: Act as a representative at events, networking to establish connections that enhance revenue generation.
•Accurate Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline and revenue forecasts for precise planning.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
•Thorough knowledge of the conferences, exhibitions, and events industry.
•Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation, particularly within the industry.
•Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, consistently exceeding targets.
•Professional demeanor and adaptability in client interactions.
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
•Willingness to work extra hours and weekends as required.
•Strong self-management and work ethic for optimal results.
•Effective communication and relationship management skills.
•Exceptional prioritization abilities and pro activeness to meet deadlines.
•Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
•Focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
•Excellent command of written and spoken English.
